A message to parents and guardians

Dear parents and guardians, we invite you to partner with us in your children’s education and formation. Entrusting a child to a school calls for confidence, communication and shared responsibility. We aim to create a learning environment shaped by respect, discipline, care, safety and a love of knowledge. Our motto, “Feed the Mind, Free the Child,” reminds us to nourish the mind while helping each learner discover talents, ask questions, practise skills and learn through experience. Children learn in different ways and at different rates, so we encourage families to work with teachers to recognise strengths and areas where support is needed. A child’s progress is a partnership between school and home. Let us communicate early, celebrate effort, guide children patiently and teach them to respect others. Together, we can help every child grow in knowledge, confidence, character, dignity and a desire to serve family and community.

A message to parents and guardians

A child’s formation requires more than classroom knowledge. It also needs good example, reflection, respect for others and opportunities to discover personal gifts. The Franciscan spirit invites us to live with simplicity, joy, fraternity and service. Children need adults who listen, guide patiently and help them learn from mistakes without losing their dignity. When we encourage children to ask questions, work together, care for the environment and respect every person, we give them a foundation for a meaningful life. We invite parents to continue these conversations at home, nurture compassion and responsibility, and work with the school when a child needs support. Our shared goal is to raise children who live peacefully, use their gifts for good and care for others.
