LEARNING STEP BY STEP
Knowledge, skills and confidence
Baby Class gives a child a first experience of learning through play, communication, songs, stories, hands-on materials and short age-appropriate activities. Its foundations are emotional safety, curiosity and the joy of discovery.
01Language and communication
Stories, object names, conversation and songs give children a chance to listen, respond and grow vocabulary. Teachers can invite children to describe what they see in their own words and listen to peers without fear of making mistakes.
02Movement and coordination
Drawing, sorting objects, guided play and safe materials support hand skills and body coordination. Activities should be short, varied and supervised in ways appropriate to the children’s age.
03Social interaction and independence
Children begin to practise taking turns, sharing materials, following simple instructions and asking for help. Parents can support with consistent sleep routines, communication with school and calm preparation without pressure.
